Step 1. Sandwich a coordinating solid between two prints
Step 2. Sew around the entire edge using a 1.5 cm (5/8″) seam allowance
Step 3. Cut slits in the seam allowance to create a fringe
Step 4. Wash and dry to soften the fringed edge
