We don’t have a pattern available for this, but I just Googled “newborn sleeper as a teddy bear” and there are a few links to patterns (Pinterest) and image inspiration for this type of project.     I think that it should be mentioned that in order to be able to be used safely in the microwave, 100% cotton thread should be used for sewing. I made the kitty and it turned out so cute.
